The unique range of light weight machines are portable and designed to be used on any location in all working circumstances at high degree of accuracy  Product Range includes; ORBIT 10 - range: 2½ - 10” Unique Grinding and Lapping Machine for Gate-, Globe- and Safety valves. The ORBIT machines are a series of robust, but light weight Grinding and Lapping machines for ‘ in-situ’ or ‘ in-shop’ repair of damaged valve seats. The unique set up and construction makes the versatile ORBIT series suitable for all sorts vertical seats ( Gate- & Check valves) and horizontal mounted seats ( Globe- & Safety valves) in the range 2½ – 40” . Unique features:  Versatile, universal tool for Gate-, Parallel Slide-, Globe and Safety valves.  Highest material removal rate with the highest flatness accuracy.  Robust and light weight. The unique orbital, - mechanical driven grinding and lapping system results in a very high material removal rate and extreme good flatness accuracy. The battery driven, hand-held Polir F6 machine is designed for ‘ on-site’ or ‘ in-shop’ valve repair and reconditioning. The light weight machine is equipped for a full, universal range ¼ up to 6” / DN6 - 150 mm. POLIR C2.5 The Polir C2.5 is a Cone attachment – set to the standard Polir F6. The versatile set contains all required tools and materials for machining all common conical valve seats in the range ½ - 2½ ” / DN15 – 65 mm, seat angles; 30° ( 2x15° ) , 40° ( 2x20° ) , 60° ( 2x30° ) , 75 ( 2x37, 5) , 90° ( 2x45° ) TITAN 16 Portable Valve Boring and Facing machine. The Titan is a robust, but ingenious build machine that mounts on and bores the throat area of any valve the mounting fixtures can attach to. The air driven Titan is capable of boring inside diameters, turning outside diameters, undercutting, and cutting recesses and grooves up to a diameter of 16” . PRO DUAL - Grinding and Lapping Machine Stationary Grinding and Lapping machine for Gate-, Globe-, Parallel Slide-, Check- and Safety valves, range ¼ - 12” / DN6 – 300 mm. The Pro Dual 12 is a strong stationary Grinding and Lapping machine for all common types of valves in the range ¼ - 12” / DN6 – 300 mm. The ridged column machine is mounted on a strong work bench base, used for the storage of all accessories, drive heads, tools and consumables. The Pro Dual 12 contains 2 positions, one completed with tilt table for universal applications and one specifically for easy clamping and ‘ machining’ Globe valves. OPTIC 15 - Flat lapping machine Flat lapping machine for Safety valve seat finishing Bench top ‘ Flat’ lapping and Polishing machine for fine finishing of safety valve discs and seats. The Optic 15 Lapping Machine has a rigid metal construction with a height-adjustable worktable. The machine incorporates a Process Timer and a fully automatic Liquid Diamond Dispensing System. FOCUS - Hand Lapping System The Focus hand lapping blocks are a simple and easy to use hand lapping system for repairing and re-finishing flat seats and discs of ( safety) valves up to diameter of 50 - 65 mm. / 2 - 2½ ” . The 300 mm. / 12” Focus hand lapping blocks allow you to achieve high quality ‘ Mirror’ finish against the lowest possible cost. The handy packing enables ‘ In-Shop’ and ‘ On-Site’ use and guarantees a long and reliable working effect.
